To the New Silver Beach Community,

The SBIA Board has been active this winter planning for the upcoming summer at New Silver Beach. The Board met for our winter meeting in March; you can access all our board meeting minutes on the SBIA website home page. We also completed the budgeting process and the Board has approved the final 2025 Budget. As part of that process and our review of our costs, we have determined to maintain our Membership rates at the same level as last year. The rates once again this Summer will be: Full – $350; Senior – $135; and Junior – $175. Still the best deal on the Cape!
