Beach Rules can be downloaded here.  Please POST THESE RULES at your home for your family, guests, and renters to see. The rules aim to ensure everyone’s safety, including emergency and safety signals, and preserve the beach. These rules will be monitored and enforced.

Membership Cards:  We will again hand out membership cards early in the summer.  You can pick up your membership cards at the JW NSB Store during regular business hours or at the Membership Tables located at the beach entrances and NSB tennis courts during popular events.  Please remember to bring your card to the beach or activities/events and have them available for guests and renters.  Membership cards will be randomly checked on weekends at the beach and during activities/events.

Court Recommendations:  The Court area is for the use and pleasure of all our Association Members and their guests.  They are open at 8:00 am each day and close at dark. As has been recommended by our Court installer, there will be no rollerblades, skateboards, or bicycles on the court’s surface.  Asphalt is softer than concrete and permanent damage can occur.  Please keep our Courts beautiful for everyone’s use!

Dunes at Tennis Court: Please do not put boats or kayaks on the dunes beside the kayak rack. This is an environmental concern aimed at protecting the dunes.

Joanne Ward New Silver Beach Store (JW NSB Store): The JW NSB Store team has been working over the winter to prepare for the new summer season.  We have many unique items that we hope you will enjoy!  The JW NSB Store Committee is asking for volunteers to help in the store… if you have a couple of hours a week to donate back to our community, please get in touch with Casey Quirk at [email protected] or complete the SBIA Activities Volunteer Sign-up Form.
