2026 Membership Information
May 2026
The SBIA Board has been active this winter planning for the upcoming summer at New Silver Beach. The Board met for our winter meeting in March; you can access all our board meeting minutes on the SBIA website home page. We also completed the budgeting process and the Board has approved the final 2026 Budget. As part of that process and our review of our costs, we have determined to maintain our Membership rates at the same level as last year. The rates once again this Summer will be: Full – $350; Senior – $135; and Junior – $175. Still the best deal on the Cape!

- Current beach and court rule
- 2026 Summer Activities Calendar (always check the SBIA website for the latest information). Also, if you rent your property, please leave a calendar, as well as the Association Beach and Tennis Court rules for your renters (they will appreciate it).
We will open our summer kick-off meeting on May 23 at 10am at the NSB Tennis Courts, weather permitting.
